"We tried learning AI alone. Then we just met up."Frances & Carley, co-founders

Carley Hart Frances Tang

Components of
Learning AI.

Three components of learning AI.

Studying sharpens you, tinkering gives you the reps, and riffing with peers turns what you learn into momentum. The third is the one most people are missing.

1. Studying
2. Tinkering
3. Riffing ← we're here!
Trios

How we match.

A short intake captures the things that actually shape who you'll click with.

A trio of side hustlers connected in a red circle
What we match on
  • AI level Where you are with AI today, not where you wish you were.
  • Industry The world you work in, so the conversation lands.
  • Life context Solo founder, side hustler, parent, working full-time. Similar realities click faster.
  • Availability Days, times, and time zone that survive a real week.
Why trios

Why trios?

Workshops talk at you. Big groups turn into status updates. One accountability partner disappears the week they get busy. Trios are small enough to feel personal and big enough to survive if somebody gets busy.

The Format
What 4 weeks looks like.

Same rhythm across both Tracks. The work is yours, your trio holds you to it.

Kickoff.

50-minute live workshop. Track overview, then meet your trio.

Resources.

Curated tutorials, articles, and tips dripped to your inbox throughout the Track. No set curriculum, just well-timed drops.

Slack.

A private channel for the whole cohort, on tap all 4 weeks. Share progress, ask questions, find people outside your trio.

Share.

At the end, your trio meets another trio. Share what you built, see what they built. Six people, more examples, agents, tools, and stories from the Track.

Carley Hart and Frances Tang

Carley has spent 15+ years in venture capital and tech startups across SF and NYC. Frances is a venture-backed founder who built and exited a D2C brand. We've spent the last two years building with AI in our own work. The biggest unlock was meeting up and working on real projects together.

FAQ
Common questions.
What kinds of projects fit?
Bring whatever AI-related project you actually want to make real progress on. A few examples:

Track 1 (Go Deeper with Claude): a marketer wiring Claude Code into her weekly brief workflow, an ops lead automating client onboarding emails, a solopreneur shipping a small personal automation.

Track 2 (Build an AI Agent): a founder building a research assistant for market analysis, a consultant shipping an interview-prep agent, a SaaS founder building an internal customer-support agent.
How much time do I need to commit each week?
A 50-minute kickoff workshop, then 30–60 min weekly with your trio for 4 weeks. Beyond that, you work on your own project as much or as little as you want. We suggest a few hours a week to actually move things forward, but it's your call.
What if I miss a meeting?
Life happens. Your trio is small (three people), so missing a week means catching up async. Resources are dripped between sessions so you won't fall behind on the content. Two no-shows in a row, we'll check in.
What happens after the 4 weeks?
The cohort Slack stays open, so you can keep talking and supporting each other beyond the 4 weeks. Many trios decide to keep meeting on their own. Alumni get early access when we open future cohorts.
What if my trio doesn't click?
We match based on AI experience, availability, goals, and industry, so trios usually gel. If yours genuinely isn't working, tell us and we'll figure out a fix, whether that's a new match or a workaround.
Do I need to fill out anything before signing up?
Yes. There's a short intake form so we can match you with the right trio. After you submit, we'll review and confirm whether you're in the beta cohort. Takes about 3 minutes to fill out.
Don't learn AI alone.
