Cohorts are small, so we run a waitlist. But it's not a holding pen, you get the good stuff the moment you're on it:

Who we are.
Carley Hart and Frances Tang

Carley has spent 15+ years in venture capital and tech startups across SF and NYC. Frances is a venture-backed founder who built and exited a D2C brand. We've spent the last two years building with AI in our own work. The biggest unlock was meeting up and working on real projects together.

Frances built and sold a venture-backed consumer brand and now runs three apps while consulting with small businesses on AI workflows. She's been building automated content and marketing pipelines for the past two years and loves figuring out what works for non-developers.

FAQ
Common questions.
How much time does it take?
A 1-hour kickoff, then two short sessions a week (your pod, plus office hours) for 4 weeks. Beyond that, you build on your own as much or as little as you want. A few hours a week moves things forward, but it's your call.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens. Your pod is small (6 to 8 people), so catching up is easy, and resources are dripped between sessions so you won't fall behind. Two no-shows in a row and we'll check in.
What happens after the 4 weeks?
The Slack stays open, so you can keep building and supporting each other. Many pods decide to keep meeting on their own, and alumni get early access when we open new cohorts.
How does the pod matching work?
We match on four things: your AI level (where you actually are, not where you wish you were), your industry, your life context (solo founder, parent, working full-time), and your availability. The goal is a pod of 6 to 8 people whose reality is close enough to yours that the conversation lands.
